When faced with a land purchase decision worth hundreds of millions of baht, we helped a major real estate company build an algorithm to model hundreds of residential projects in a matter of hours. The Result: A land purchase decision within a day, subject to legal and regulatory constraints, consumer behavior and appropriate business returns. (2019)

In the construction materials business, which has grown steadily for decades, FireOneOne helped a 20 billion baht organisation gradually adapt to prepare for a new generation of executives. The Result: A systematic, piecemeal transformation until the entire organisation was ready to move at the right time.
FireOneOne co-designed and transformed a mid-sized private hospital in Bangkok before its initial public offering. The Result: A few years later, the team of thousands worked brilliantly, constantly innovating, especially in customer-centric services, winning the Best of Asia award for Health Check-up innovation within a few years.

(Which won the Best of Asia in a few years later), Thai construction materials factory, the country’s top drug manufacturer, and there are also medium-sized businesses as well as startups that we have sub-business units to support.
