FireOneOne Alpha Academy (F11AA) was created after repeatedly showing that "tools" are just ordinary tools that may cost millions but cannot fully meet business needs if staff have only the skills needed for their jobs. They also need to think clearly and organise their thoughts.
We developed this program in 2018 to help employees learn the skills they need. Develop clear thinking and understand many Mental Models until they get good at asking questions and finding answers. This lets employees from any department start using digital tools and AI effectively without getting lost in the trend. This program is now open to the public who want to apply and be selected to study.
